Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association • Research Assistance Grants

Deadline for Research Assistance Applications: February 1 and October 1

The Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association has designated funding for research proposals from its members. The purpose of this funding is to increase the resources for certified athletic trainers who are engaged in research related to athletic training. Three awards are available annually.

Members of the Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association interested in submitting proposals for the Research Assistant Grants must complete the Research Assistant Grant Application available below. Proposals must include a statement of purpose, pertinent literature review, methodology and data analysis procedures.

Deadlines for submission are February 1 and October 1. Each proposal will undergo blind review and applicants shall be informed of the status of their proposals within 4 weeks of the aforementioned deadlines.
