Universal interest forms are used by the OATA President to appoint committee members and position appointments within the organization. This form MUST be on file for an appointment to be made. Should you require any additional information on these committees or positions, their duties and responsibilities, please refer to the By-Laws at www.OATA.org.
A call for submissions will occur annually from the OATA Annual Meeting and will remain open until OCTOBER 1. Universal interest forms will only be accepted during this time.
NOTE: The President is elected in odd calendar years, so the appointments will commence in December of the odd year. Adjustments to committees can be made at any time from existing Universal Interest Forms.

All committee positions are appointed by the President, and will expire at the end of old business of the December Executive Committee meeting of the ODD NUMBERED YEAR. On each new presidential term, the applicant must submit a new Universal Interest Form for the committee or position desired. R07/21/04
